affordable housing complex, was built in the fall of 1997. This housing complex is well situated, being close to groceries, shopping, schools and hospital. Sonja's
has an on-site laundry and lots of green space. The development also includes two childcare
facilities; Sprouts Childcare Centre, for children aged 0 - 3 yrs, and
