CMHA Kootenays is most committed to the aging-in-place concept and dedicated to the provision of housing for seniors who require some support but can live independently.CMHA Kootenays is pleased to be entering into this multi-level partnership with BC Housing, Interior Health Authority, Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, and the City of Trail.

Silver City Gardens is a four story apartment building with 31 single units, 1 two-bedroom unit and 1 respite unit. It has a large common dining room, and gathering area. Each level has a large lounge area and laundry facilities. Daily dinner meals are provided along with light housekeeping, social and recreational opportunities.
