Jobwave is a Ministry of Employment and Income Assistance funded program, delivered in partnership with WCG Inernational Consultants Ltd. CMHA Kootenays offers JobWave in the communities of Nakusp, New Denver, Silverton, Golden, Spillimacheen, Harrogate and Parsons.
Program Objectives:
- Assist employable clients to reach sustained independence as quickly as possible through employment.
- Assist client with barriers to employment to achieve increased employability and connections with community services; and
- Achieve flexiblity and administrative efficiencies in employment programing.
